Why do I need an account?
Your account is your personal portal where you can place orders, manage
your account profile, (including changing/updating your password)
and view past order history. NOTE: You must have an account to order
a report.
How do I change my account information?
Log into your account and then select the "My Account" tab in the
purple bar at the top of the page and then select the "User Settings"
link on the bottom of the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
What if I cannot remember my password?
If you have an account at WeatherForensics.com but cannot remember
your password, click here
and our system will assign a temporary password and send an email
to the email address associated with the account. Once you receive
the temporary password, log into your account and then you can go
to the "User Settings" link at the bottom left of the "My Account"
page. From there you can change your password.
Is a credit card required to open an account?
No. Registering for an account does not require any credit card
information. A credit card is only required at order placement (unless
you have an approved Net30 billing account, in which case, a credit
card is never required).
When can I expect to be invoiced or see charges on my credit
card?
WDT’s Weather Forensics bills upon order completion for most products
and delivers the invoice or sales receipt via email. For customers
paying by credit card, your credit card is authorized at the time
the order is placed, but it is not charged until the order has been
completed. If the order cannot be filled, the authorization is removed.
