Deleting Temporary Internet Files

Step 1. Open Internet Explorer browser.
Step 2. Go to "Tools" and Select "Internet Options."  It should open the "General" tab.

For Internet Explorer version 6 or earlier:
Step 3. Click on the "Delete Files" button under the "Temporary Internet Files" tab.
Step 4. Click “OK” when it asks if you are sure you want to delete the temporary internet files.
Step 5. Click “OK” again to close the options window.

For Internet Explorer version 7 or later:
Step 3. Click on the "Delete" button under the "Browsing History" Tab
Step 4. Navigate to the "Temporary Internet Files" Tab
Step 5. Click on "Delete files"
Step 6. Click "Yes" when it asks if you are sure
Step 7. Click "Close"
Step 8. Select "OK" to close the "Internet Options" window
