Hurricane - Basic
iMapWeather Forensics' Basic Hurricane Report contains a contoured map of the maximum wind speeds (in 10 mile per hour increments) across the hurricane impacted area. The map is provided in a .pdf format. As an option, the map of the maximum wind speeds can be printed as a 2' x 3' poster or delivered in shapefile or .kml/.kmz format.

Hurricane Wind Speed Map
Hurricane wind speed maps are delivered in .pdf format. Data can also be delivered in shapefiles or .kml/kmlz (some additional charges may apply).
Basic Hurricane Report Product Summary
- Color map display of the hurricane area estimated wind swath and observed wind gusts
- Wind gust data in either 10 mile per hour or Saffir-Simpson Scale increments
- $1,800 for Basic Hurricane Report which covers the entire landfall
- Optional shapefiles or KML/KMZ files available for GIS or Google Earth environment (additional fee applies)
Application
The most common application for Weather Forensics' hurricane reports is supplying data to entities tasked with helping victims of hurricanes to rebuild their property.
